Air France were this year’s host and they started the conference with a keynote speech from their Executive Vice President, Eric Schramm, followed by an impressive presentation of the work that they had accomplished under the leadership of their project manager, Cecilia Passari.

Comments
Some comments received after the event were as follows:
“I found it invaluable and have come away with plenty of ideas and totally refocused and re-energised to move FRM forward. It was good to talk to such a variety of people with different FRM interests and to operators at different stages in implementing FRMS within their organisations. I found it re-assuring that so many are open to sharing experiences and information and that collaborative way of working really is the way forward.”
“Hope you enjoyed the nice meeting as much as I, was good to meet all these fine people.”
“I really appreciate your kind hospitality and the fruitful interactions in the FRMS forum in Paris. Although completely new in this business, I hope that I can contribute to this fundamental work in the near future. By the way, I should mention that I really enjoyed the format (oysters, wine and good music) that you have implemented”
“Both of us had a fruitful conference, which was well organised.”
“Congratulations to you and all the Forum members for putting together such a great meeting! Very impressive level of attendance, participation, and quality of presentations. I was able to make lots of new connections, and in fact revive some older ones too. It was especially nice to bump into old friends and colleagues!”
